So I have heard good things about our potentially new Village President Terry up until recently that is! What all do we know about this guy, sounds like he is against the builders in this community for starters after speaking with a few of the builders while walking the neighborhood. Why is this village so against the builders anyways, I like what they are doing for our community it is better that they buy the properties that are in foreclose and fix them up than to allow them to sit vacant like the current board allows. Helps our home values stay up.
Also when will the village wake up and stop allowing Board member Marylin Shepit. to hire her fiancie employees for the snow removal in our village, they do a horrible job! Why doesn't the village buy a plow for the village dump truck and pay that guy to plow and salt the street its alot cheaper, oh wait thats right then Marylin Shepits Fiancie would not benefit from some one other than his employees doing the job that Marylin awarded them, DUH my bad.

So far the new President is not a man of his word. He continued to say Jeanie must go. After the dead line to run for office past, he gave kodo`s to LB for their plowing, and told me that he was going to appoint Jeanie as the Treasure. I guess he was afraid of competition. I apologize to all the residents.

I don't know how long you have lived in this village, but at one time Bruce Bates plowed the streets w/the village truck and did a heck of a job. He charged a flat rate, not by the hour!! (cheaper) He was out there clearing the roads before people left for work and more importantly before the school buses arrived. Did you witness the guy in the back of the pick-up truck last year throwing sand on the roads??!! What the ??? was that about?!?!?
